Level 38 is a level in the Plazma Burst 2 Campaign. In level 38, the Marine and Proxy battle their way through a Civil Security base taken over by a large amount of heavily armed Usurpation forces. Correction Nine is mentioned in this level.

- Major Usurpation Soldier - They are the main enemy here, carrying Alien Rifle, Lite Railgun v01 CS-HShot and Rocket Launcher CS-LitBro. There are 30 of them. All of them have 200 HP on easy/normal difficulty, 250 HP on hard and 130 HP on impossible difficulty.
- Advanced Usurpation Soldier - There are a few of them here, each armed with heavy weapons like Heavy Railgun v04 CS-OneSOneK and CS-BNG, but also have their main weapon, the Alien Shotgun. There are 15 of them in this level. They have 300 HP on easy/normal/hard difficulty, but 150 HP on impossible difficulty.
